Quando vi estes panos da loiça no supermercado, não resisti! Tive que os comprar! Apaixonei-me pela cor e pelo facto de serem diferentes mas as cores combinarem umas com as outras! (Estou nesta fase, sabem, em que tenho tendência em gostar de mistura de cores, padrões e coisas pouco "condizentes", para horror da minha velha mais velha!) Mas depois pensei "Eu nunca seco a loiça à mão, o que vou eu fazer com isto? Guardanapos de pano! Para as minhas visitas que estão a chegar! (que foi há dois meses atrás!!)"
Ok, mãos à obra: tinha seis panos da loiça...
When I saw this kitchen cloths in the supermarket I had to have them! I totally fell in love with the colors and the pattern! (I'm in this phase that I like to mix and match color, pattern and things that people usually don't match together. My older daughter thinks that I have a horrible taste!) But then, I really don't dry any plates buy hand! I just let them dry by themselves, so what I'm I going to do with it?
Cloth napkins! To my guests that are coming to visit us!! (two months ago!)
I had six kitchen cloths...
cortei-os ao meio, alfinetei à volta para fazer a bainha,
Cut them in half, pins all over for the seams,
cosi as bainhas ( 24 no total!)
sew all the seams (24 of them!),
et Voilà!! 12 lindos e coloridos guardanapos de pano!
et Voilà!! 12 beautiful and colourful cloth napkins!
